Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

Brine & Byway ships to the USA and internationally to 56+ countries, APO/FPO Military Addresses, and US Territories.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Simply view your shopping cart to see the lowest-cost shipping rate for your order. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart.

How do I upgrade to Two-day or One-day express shipping?

During the last step of the checkout process you can choose from all available shipping speeds including our Two-day and One-day express delivery options.

How long does it take to process my order?

In your shopping cart & during checkout you can see specific product availability times and an estimate of how long it will take for your order to be manufactured.  Orders shipped Two-day or One-day will be processed before all other orders but still require the processing time displayed in your shopping cart plus applicable time in transit.

How do I calculate the total delivery time?

Simply add processing time and transit time together. For example: an order shipped Two-day for a single T-shirt might take 3 days to process plus 2 days in transit for a total time of 5 business days to arrive from the time the order was placed.

Shipping methods for US customers (from ship date):

  • Super Saver Shipping 5-6 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping* 1-5 Business Days
  • Two-day Shipping* 2 Business Days
  • One-day Shipping* 1 Business Day
  • International Airmail 11-14 Business Days

*Not available to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.

Please note – Some orders may not be eligible for all shipping methods. Eligible shipping methods for your specific order will be displayed during order checkout.

 

Tracking your Order

After your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. You may click the link in the e-mail message or log-in to your account to track your order as it travels from our production facility to the delivery address. Tracking information may not be available until one business day after your package has shipped.

Please note: International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave our production facility. Orders shipped via Super Saver Shipping have limited “delivery confirmation” tracking that will let you know the date and time the package was delivered. Orders shipped via Standard, Two-day, or One-day have full tracking capabilities.

 

Order Status

The fastest way to check the status of your order is to log-in to your account. On your account homepage your most recent orders are displayed and you can click on any order to see the status. Each order goes through the following stages and is updated to your account in real-time:

  • Awaiting Production
  • In Production
  • Production Complete
  • Shipped – tracking number issued

When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and this information will be saved into your account so you can log in and track your package as it travels from our production facility to the delivery address.

Please note: International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave our production facility. Orders shipped via the US Postal Service have limited “delivery confirmation” tracking that will let you know the date and time the package was delivered. Orders shipped via UPS have full tracking capabilities.

 

Customs

You may be subject to import taxes, surcharges, and duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When ordering from Printfection.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Remember that customs policies & procedures vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms attached to each International order list the value of your order by product type. For example, an order containing a T-shirt, sweatshirt, and large cutting board would be listed as follows:

  • T-shirt value: $12.99
  • Sweatshirt value: $18.99
  • Large cutting board value: $29.99

We know that you value your privacy and care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If the order is a gift, the cost of your order is still stated on the customs form. We are required by law to state the value of the gift item(s) directly on the package.
